Steps to clear paper jams in Samsung printers:
Tray
·         paper tray will be removed
·         jammed paper will be removed gently
·         paper tray will be inserted
·         Open the front entryway of the printer; at that point close it to continue printing.
Inside the printer (caution: The fuser zone is hot. Take care while expelling paper from the printer.)
·         top cover will be opened
·         jammed paper will be removed gently
·         top cover will be closed
In exit area
·         rear door will be opened
·         slide it down after exit roller will be pressed
·         jammed paper will be removed gently
·         follow step 2 again
·         Close the back entryway until it clicks set up
